Think Water Perth is calling on professional and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic irrigation team. We deliver irrigation, bore and pump infrastructure projects across local government, commercial and regional WA sites. Our work ranges from metro park upgrades to major regional water infrastructure projects. We run multiple crews, multiple sites and tight programmes — and we pride ourselves on doing it properly. We are structured, performance-driven and team-focused.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Coordinating daily & weekly schedules across field crews
* Allocating labour, plant and subcontractors
* Managing job sequencing and forward planning
* Monitoring progress and adjusting schedules in real time
* Liaising with Project Managers, technicians and suppliers
* Supporting workflow planning for upcoming projects
* Ensuring timesheets align with job allocations
This role sits at the centre of operations. You'll work closely with management and have real influence over delivery performance.

* Confident communicating with trades and managers

* Solutions-focused, not reactive
* Experience in scheduling, construction, irrigation or trades environments is highly regarded
* Experience with SimPRO or job management systems is a bonus, but strong organisational mindset is essential
