Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for advocating and making structured decisions on legal matters for adults with impaired capacity.
You will work closely with the Public Guardian and their delegates to provide advice and assistance on guardianship matters. Your expertise in law and strong communication skills will enable you to effectively represent clients and ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a law degree from a recognised tertiary institution and be admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland. You must also possess a C class driver's licence.
