Guest Experience Expert
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills with a proactive, guest-first attitude, and basic computer skills and ability to use hotel systems (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on creating memorable experiences.
* Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and provide information on services and facilities.
* Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
* Record guest preferences to personalise future stays.
* Accurately process payments and transactions.
* Carry out porter and concierge duties, including assisting with luggage and special guest requests.
* Resolve guest issues using service recovery guidelines and escalate when necessary.
* Support reservations, cancellations, and booking changes as required.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless service.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and protocols.
