**The Client**

Our client is a market leader in Residential Real Estate and their dynamic team offers a full spectrum of professional real estate services from residential sales, cutting-edge marketing, and property management expertise. They are a rapidly growing agency in Perth's Southern Suburbs They offer a fantastic working environment with an award-winning franchise group. **The Position, but not limited to**
- Efficiently manage the office reception and oversee operations, communication, and planning
- Maintain facilities, confirm contracts, and handle office functions
- Serve as the main contact between the company, staff, and office management
- Provide administrative support to Sales Executives and the Director
- Key sign-in/out
- Greet visitors and offer refreshments before guiding them to meeting rooms
- Digitize, store, and archive documents efficiently using office systems or cloud-based storage
- Process sales listings and contracts
- Work with vendors and settlement agents for sales
- Help the Leasing team with creditor invoices when needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding

**The Criteria**
- Sales or office admin experience in real estate - Real Estate registration preferred but not essential
- Adaptable and can multitask
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and administrative skills
- A highly motivated and a positive "can do" attitude
