Customer Service Officer

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer, whose primary responsibilities will be to capture, identify and resolve customer order enquiries. You will have the opportunity to work with a high performing team who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to each and every customer. This is a Permanent position with an immediate start available.
**Your new role**
**Your main duties and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;**:
- Receive telephone orders and enter details into our systems (with training provided)
- Provide product information and build professional relationships with customers
- Understand production capabilities of our plant and truck network to coordinate a cost-effective supply arrangement with your customer
- Utilise satellite vehicle tracking systems to monitor deliveries and provide delivery status information to customers
- Partner with Production, Technical, Transport and Credit teams
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Customer centric with exceptional communication skills (especially telephone techniques) to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Understand systems and keen to help with our future journey
- Willing and eager for change, help drive change to customer centric systems
