NASS specialises in detailed demolition and is renowned for its provision of supplementary labour to the construction industry. Its large team of qualified labourers including site supervisors, carpenters, demolition workers, is strong, hardworking, committed to working with the client to meet deadlines, requires minimal supervision and proudly adheres to all WHS standards.

A position has opened within the company for a Labour Recruitment Co-Ordinator. As a Co-Ordinator of Labour, you will be responsible for taking bookings from our clients and allocating labour / staff to all projects. Based in Wetherill Park this role is perfect for someone who embraces a challenge and excels in juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Required qualities;

* Professional phone etiquette
* Polite and professional approach
* Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and to set time frames
* Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
* Organised with a high level of time management skills
* A commitment to the highest level of customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Understanding of time sheet entry and working hours.

If successful, your role will include the following responsibilities but not limited to:

* Coordinate client inquiries in a professional and polite manner
* End to end assigning of employees to client requested sites and projects with skills such as Operator tickets, High Risk Tickets, specialised labourers, pile trimmers etc.
* Managing a reasonable volume of incoming phone calls from current employees, clients, possible candidates and other stake holders
* Confirming daily Rosters and the scheduling of personnel accordingly
* General Administration duties
* Respond to out-of-office hours client requests and issues as required
* Supporting other team members with various tasks as required
* Compiling and submission of all time sheet hours to Payroll Department
* Carrying out Recruitment Duties Such as:

* Sending template message to possible recruitment personnel

* Ensuring pre-employment startup packs have been communicated and completed
* Ensuring all tickets are scanned and uploaded to required personnel files
* Updating training matrix as required

A successful candidate will have:

* Proven volume recruitment experience with proven capacity to work within legislation, policy and guidelines
* Previous administration experience that demonstrates the ability to plan and manage the end to end administration
* Experience in rostering & scheduling in a high volume and fast paced environment
* Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
