About you
To be successful in this role, you MUST have prior experience working in Employment Law and strong academics. You will also be able to demonstrate:-
* Strong attention to detail & drafting ability;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Highly developed communication & organisational skills;
* Able to foster/build strong, enduring client relationships and provide mentoring for less experienced colleagues.
* A pro-active, 'can do' approach, with a willingness to be involved in practice development/networking;
* Ability to prioritise, meet/manage competing priorities & client expectations;
* Ambitious, motivated & proactive approach;
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
