Key Role: Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of key accounts across the metro Sydney territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, leadership experience in account management, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including Bunnings and independent hardware customers, to achieve commercial growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Lead by example, providing coaching and development opportunities to Sales Executives to enhance their skills and drive results.
* Monitor stock levels and sales performance using inventory management practices and Business Intelligence dashboards to inform business decisions.
* Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular call cycles and proactive engagement.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management and business development within big box retail, preferably hardware.
* Leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
