Overview
Full-time ongoing position, within a diverse and supportive team environment. Based at our Head Office in Ringwood, with flexible working conditions available. Salary: $53.44 - $54.28ph + 12% Super + Increase your take-home pay with Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550.
What you'll be doing
* Analyse financial data and transform raw information into meaningful, actionable insights
* Apply strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to support informed decision-making
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to clearly articulate financial findings
* Act as the key link between finance and operations, translating numbers into practical advice
* Provide insights and recommendations to decision makers across all areas of the business
* Build and manage budgets, forecasts and maintain accurate financial information
* Complete financial acquittals in line with organisational and funding requirements
* Partner closely with Directors, Area Managers and Cost Centre Managers to deliver tailored financial solutions
* Contribute to the overall performance and success of Each through proactive financial support
Who We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline
* CPA or CA qualified, or substantial progress towards qualification
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar management accounting role
* Experience working in a medium to large organisation
* Strong commercial and organisational acumen
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Solid understanding of how technology and analytics support decision-making
* Appreciation and/or understanding of the Not-for-Profit sector
* Enjoy working collaboratively with like-minded professionals to support NFP services
