Job Title: Scaffolders
About the Role
We are seeking experienced scaffolders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding, with experience in leading and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing scaffold teams
* Maintaining high levels of safety and quality
* Monitoring subcontract labour
* Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a lead hand or advanced scaffolder
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* A High-Risk Work Licence for Advanced Scaffolding
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50-$60 per hour, as well as a fuel card and company vehicle provided after a provision period.
