As an Administration Officer within the Excellence, Equity and Inclusion team, you will play a key role in supporting high‑quality service delivery to schools, system coaches, and internal stakeholders.
This role provides professional, confidential, and efficient administrative support across a diverse range of portfolios, which will contribute to processes that ensure Catholic schools and the Catholic Education Office continue to offer excellence in learning, teaching, and inclusive education
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for schools, external providers, and internal team members, managing inquiries with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and ensure high‑quality organisation of records and resources.
* Provide general administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.
* Prepare reports and track key metrics for assigned projects (e.g., support visits, cancellations, professional learning, resource requests).
* Manage administrative processes for school support requests, including database management and liaison with key school contacts.
* Oversee financial administration such as invoicing, reimbursements, purchase orders, budget tracking, and credit card reconciliation.
* Maintain stakeholder relationships and support communication and contract management with external providers.

About You
We are looking for an individual who has:
* Demonstrated experience providing broad administrative support.
* Experience in financial administration.
* High competency in Microsoft Office, general office applications, and database use.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Ability to analyse, plan, problem‑solve and apply knowledge across diverse tasks.
* High‑level interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable
* Administrative experience in an education setting
