Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will play a key role in designing and delivering people initiatives, rolling out training programs, and facilitating workshops across Head Office and Retail to build capability and enhance employee experience across Forever New Get excited to: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, influencing leadership thinking and delivering measurable people outcomes. Design, implement and manage integrated people plans that drive performance and enable transformation. Partner across functional areas within our Head Office and Retail stores, to deliver effective, sustainable people solutions. Support on core people processes including performance reviews, induction, talent management, workforce planning, and health & safety. Design and deliver leadership capability and training initiatives, while coaching and mentoring business leaders. Drive innovation by exploring new practices and technologies, co-designing Forever New’s People Platform, and embedding continuous improvement. Communicate how initiatives connect within the broader P&C strategy and transformation agenda. The Skills and Experience You Offer Us Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Proven experience across LMS systems (Experience across Absorb & Articulate is highly regarded) Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training workshops for both retail and Head Office teams, aligned with P&C strategy and business objectives Demonstrated experience leading change programs with measurable impact. Strong capability in managing complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. Skilled at cutting through ambiguity to identify core issues and deliver practical solutions. High resilience and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-resistant environments.
