SA Health, the leading healthcare provider in South Australia, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Educator to join our dynamic team The successful applicant will work together with the university, students and the Acute Physiotherapy team at SALHN to ensure high quality educational experiences for our Physiotherapy students. There are a number of positions on offer, all with slightly different requirements, depending on the university involved.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Physiotherapy Manager, in this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare education. Your expertise and commitment will inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care. Duties for the role will include:
- Collaborate with universities, fostering strong partnerships and driving innovation in clinical education.
- Developing and implementing engaging curricula, facilitating interactive learning experiences, and providing ongoing mentorship and guidance to students and staff.
- Delivery of Physiotherapy assessment and intervention to the coordination and development of clinical education and training for Physiotherapy students and Clinical Supervisors of students on clinical placement within Acute Physiotherapy services.
**About you**:
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Demonstrated ability to lead an effective team of diverse membership.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving, resourcefulness and innovation in a changing workplace.
