**NSW Government Department - Administration Support Officer**
$45.55/hr per hour + Super
ASAP - 6 Months Contract
Located at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards
A Government Department are looking for a highly-skilled Administration Officer to join a dynamic team to assist in the delivery of quality administrative support to the Business Unit and its Executive team.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide secretariat support to a range of committees, including agenda and document production, compilation and distribution, taking of minutes, preparation and distribution.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and present the Branch and Executive team in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide support and mentoring across the other administrative roles within the Centre to monitor and implement administrative practices, systems or other initiatives taking a continuous improvement approach to optimise efficiency and deliver quality outcomes for the Centre, including providing cover within the team as required.
**Essential requirements**
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management, multitasking and organisational skills
- Secretariat/administration support for key working groups, committees, and meetings.
- Administrative support for Branch project coordination, as required.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant
