Responsibilities
* As an AHPRA Registered Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient care.
* Your role will involve working directly on the wards and rotating through the busy pharmacy dispensary, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service.
* The department is fast-paced; you will manage a complex workload during periods of high demand with attention to detail and accuracy.
Who We're Looking For
* You'll be a Registered Pharmacist authorised to practice by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
* 3+ years of clinical experience in acute healthcare settings.
* Previous involvement in research and quality improvement activities.
* Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for pharmacy and its role in the healthcare sector.
* Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
