Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting and selling our tray and canopy packages to customers across Australia.
As a salesperson, you will combine showroom consults, phone enquiries and CRM follow-ups to manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey. You will also attend industry shows and events to promote our brand and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to sales enquiries, preparing quotes and providing tailored product recommendations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers and agents
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets within your assigned region
* Using CRM software to manage customer records and communications
* Performing handovers of completed builds, including walkthroughs and product support
* Inspecting products prior to installation and supporting quality control
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management (automotive or manufacturing experience is an advantage)
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow through with tasks
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM software and ERP systems (desirable)
* A high level of initiative, attention to detail and customer focus
