Reporting to Finance Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:
* Preparing the price manifest reports for the states as allocated and follow up of issues arising from the manifest reports
* Weekly and Monthly Profit and Loss reporting for business units including Rail/ SBR/Railpro in SAP and BI Tool
* Variance analysis and commentary on P & L
* Accurate and timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparing and analyzing customer order margin reports / manifests
* Preparation and reconciliation of inter entity allowances
* Performing weekly journals in all necessary FSA and managing financial close off process Preparation and reconciliation of inter entity allowances
* Work with local management for the preparation of annual forecast/ budget
* Support the external audit process and providing necessary information for allocated segments.
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* Previous financial or management accounting experience (preferably within the freight industry).
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Computer literacy (Excel or similar spreadsheet skills, ideally to an intermediate level)
* Good level of enthusiasm
