Access Hire Tom Price, part of Access Group Australia, is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry, providing service, sales, and support. We specialise in the maintenance and repair of all types of equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers, and generators supplied by world-leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Merlo, and Globe Power. We have just opened a new branch in Tom Price team and are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated On-Road Service Technician for a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5 pm. You will be part of a company held in high regard for their 'renowned super techs' supporting our 'ultimate customer experience' by helping with regular maintenance service and emergency onsite service to our fleet. You will be responsible for the servicing of a leading range of equipment at our Tom Price Workshop, as well as servicing equipment onsite. This is not a FIFO role, only local residents will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities of this role will also include;
Maintaining our fleet to manufacturer, company, and Australian standards.
Deliver timely response to emergency breakdowns.
Liaise with our customers on-site.
Maintain and adhere to safety standards and Zero harm focus.
Provide a professional approach to mechanical solutions and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure timely mechanical repairs and fault findings.

Assisting in Workshop duties as required.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this, they will have;
Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
Preferably with similar working experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or Mechanical Fitter.
Current and valid Driver's License
OHS Construction Card (White card preferred)
Elevated Work Platform license (highly desirable)
Experience working with Diesel Engines and Hydraulic equipment.
Experienced in servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to equipment including, but not limited to, Elevated Work Platforms - Lighting Towers and Telehandlers.
Willingness to learn new skills - comprehensive training and development
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic ever-changing environment effectively, with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and be self-motivated
Site inductions will be viewed favourably
Valid Driver's License.
