We're looking for a commercially minded, innovative Digital Product Manager to lead the evolution of TGE Freight's customer digital experience and AI automation roadmap. This is a newly created strategic role where you'll own the Freight digital experience, drive AI‐led transformation initiatives, and influence business decisions at executive level. You'll work across Product, Technology, Operations, CX and Commercial teams to deliver smarter digital experiences, increase self‐service capability, and unlock automation opportunities that create real customer and commercial impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and evolve the Freight digital product roadmap
* Lead customer journey, UX and self‐service improvements
* Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities across the freight business
* Build business cases and ROI models for digital investment
* Present product strategy and innovation initiatives to senior executives including EGM and CEO level
* Partner cross‐functionally to deliver scalable, customer‐centric solutions
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation or Innovation
* Strong understanding of customer platforms, Agile delivery and product strategy
* Experience identifying and implementing AI or automation solutions
* Commercially savvy with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Background in logistics, freight, supply chain or B2B environments – highly regarded
