Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and lead a team of sales associates in providing exceptional customer service. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and key performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a retail or similar industry, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

* Support management team to improve financial performance.
* Work with back of house team to ensure product availability.
