Job Description:
The Project Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the delivery of Property and Asset Services across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
This is a permanent full-time position that can be based at any of the main defence bases in the Northern Territory or South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide coordination and support for project activities, data validation, and handover-takeover management across multiple Defence bases.
* Ensure project tasks are executed seamlessly, data is accurately validated, and transitions are effectively managed to support the overall success of the contract.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget constraints.
* Conducting physical data validation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of project data.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensuring all activities comply with relevant defence regulations and standards.
* Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during project execution, data validation, or transition processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in project coordination or similar support roles in multi-site environments, preferably within the Defence sector.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Experience with data validation and management processes.
* Proven ability to manage handover-takeover processes in complex environments.
* Qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, or related fields are highly desirable.
