Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to execute a strategic sales plan, establish market presence, and deliver exceptional customer service in the Northeast Regional Territory.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow regional market share and expand customer relationships.
* Maintain established sales goals through new customer acquisition or introduction of innovative products and services.
* Pursue new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and build strong supplier-customer relationships within the local region.
* Collaborate with National Accounts Manager to service existing national accounts within the assigned territory.
* Manage and provide exceptional service to all existing and newly established customers in the assigned territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in sales.
* A minimum of 0-5 years of sales experience in safety distribution, industrial distribution, or MRO industries.
* Demonstrated success in growing, managing, and maintaining a substantial client base in large metropolitan regions and ability to gain market share in underperforming territories.
* Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced education degree in business or a related field.
