**Background**:

- Start date: June 2024
- Title of position: Customer Service Attendant
- Reporting to: Store Manager
- Location: Westfield Carousel

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Our customer service attendants are responsible for delivering high standards of customer service to our customers. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting guests with a friendly and respectful manner.
- Setting tables.
- Serving food and beverages.
- Informing the kitchen staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Maintaining a comfortable dining environment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous hospitality experience is great, however not essential.
- Willing to work hard and have a positive attitude.
- Must have eligibility to work in Australia.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
