Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Sales professional to lead our sales strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a 3-5 year strategic sales plan aligned with overall business objectives.
* Lead the development and implementation of the annual sales budget in partnership with senior management.
* Evaluate existing business distribution channels and ensure their effectiveness.
* Establish clear KPIs for the team and continuously monitor and improve sales processes.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Drive performance by conducting regular forecast and pipeline reviews.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in a senior sales management role, with a proven track record of driving sales in multiple industries.
* Strong strategic thinking capabilities and ability to plan, execute, and adapt to future market conditions.
* Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with experience motivating and developing sales teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
