Principal Broker – New Business and Growth
Marsh is on the hunt for a Principal Broker – New Business and Growth to join our Corporate team in Sydney. The role blends in‐office collaboration (minimum three days a week) with flexible working.
Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities that grow our corporate portfolio with fresh logos and organic expansion.
* Lead major new business tenders and proposals, designing and placing complex insurance programs.
* Build and nurture senior‐level relationships with insurers and key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and market influencer.
* Drive renewal and broking strategies to keep clients loyal and our portfolio strong.
* Stay sharp on claims and market trends, spotting the next growth opportunity.
Qualifications
* Extensive corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty, with a strong track record of consistently achieving new business targets.
* Deep knowledge of insurance products and risks across key industries, particularly General Insurance.
* A well‐established network that opens doors and converts opportunities into wins, or the ability and willingness to build one.
* Minimum three days per week in office; ability to work flexibly.
