About the role:
This is an exclusive opportunity for a Senior or Experienced Speech Pathologist to make a real impact. Our client is looking for someone with significant experience who can take ownership of their role and be a little more autonomous in decision-making. You will play a key part in shaping the team in clinical and operational support. You will mentor students, support new graduates, and contribute to building a high-performing and innovative speech pathology team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services to clients across multiple funding streams (NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care, private), both in clients' homes and in the community.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, including speech, language, literacy, swallowing, and communication needs.
* Develop, implement, and review individualised therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
* Prepare detailed reports for clients, families, and funding bodies.
* Mentor and supervise students and new graduate speech pathologists, supporting their professional development.
* Take a leading role in refining clinical protocols, templates, and service improvements.
* Contribute to service growth and business development initiatives, including recruitment and training of new team members.
* Provide telehealth sessions as required to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
* Bachelors or higher degree in Speech Pathology
* CPSP
* Significant experience in Speech Pathology with the ability to work autonomously
* Experienced in NDIS and My Aged Care services
* Passionate about community work and advocating for clients
* Skilled in preparing detailed reports and confident in clinical decision-making
* Enjoy mentoring and supporting the growth of students and new graduates
* Ready to be a trusted "right arm" to support the leadership team in building and guiding the team
