What the role is about
* Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations;
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation;
* Food preparation and presentation;
* Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations;
* Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
* Able to work multiple sections and flexible with hours;
Who are we looking for
* Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
* Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude;
* Strong organisational and time management skills;
* Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate.
