What the role is about
- Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations;
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation;
- Food preparation and presentation;
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulations;
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
- Able to work multiple sections and flexible with hours;
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
- Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive attitude;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate.
