About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to supportour Tasmanian operations.

You'll be part of a dedicated and collaborative national HRteam, with a strong focus on regional partnership and proactive peoplestrategies.

Key responsibilities

* Provide day‐to‐day,practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle
* Act as a trusted advisorto leaders on employee relations, performance management and people risk
* Lead early interventionin ER/IR matters to ensure timely, fair and commercially sound outcomes
* Provide guidance onemployment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and Costa policies
* Play a key role inpreparation for and support of enterprise agreement negotiations andworkforce consultation
* Maintain strong focus oncompliance, audit readiness and employment framework adherence
* Embedding group policiesand supporting continuous HR process improvements across the regions

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* At least 5 years of HRexperience, ideally in a geographically dispersed or operational business
* Strong working knowledgeof Australian employment legislation and ER/IR best practice
* Strong interpersonalskills and the ability to build trust with leaders and teams on site
* A proactive and valuesled approach
* Excited by theopportunity to support and shape new initiatives, using innovativethinking to continuously improve how we engage and support our people
* High personalaccountability and sound judgement
* Experience withbehavioural tools would be advantageous but not essential
* Willingness to travelwithin Tasmania as required
