We are seeking a sales-driven, design-focused Showroom Consultant to join a premium furniture and home design brand in Moore Park. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative retail environment, blending strong sales capability with a genuine passion for interiors and styling.
Working within a beautifully curated showroom, you will guide customers through a personalised design journey, helping them create considered, high-end living spaces while driving sales conversion and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, understanding client needs and translating them into tailored home solutions
* Drive sales performance, conversion, and individual targets within a team-based commission structure
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing styling advice and repeat business opportunities
* Provide in-showroom interior styling guidance, demonstrating a strong eye for design and detail
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation aligned with a premium brand experience
* Collaborate with the wider team to achieve monthly showroom targets and unlock commission opportunities
About You
* Proven experience in a consultative, customer-facing sales role
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently close and convert
* Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English (essential)
* A genuine passion for interior design, styling, and home aesthetics
* Ideally trained or educated in interior design, styling, or a related field
* Energetic, personable, and confident building rapport with a wide customer base
