Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the transport division in achieving operational excellence, service targets, and safety compliance.
* Recruit, develop, and manage superintendents and supervisors across multiple sites.
* Set key performance indicators, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement.
* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across labor, fuel, fleet, and loaders.

You will be an inspiring hands-on leader with deep knowledge of road trains and bulk commodities transportation. You must have strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for innovation and digitization.

Requirements
* Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years experience in transport management.
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
