This role involves providing administrative support to the legal team, including transcription, diary management and organisation of meetings and conferences, and preparation of legal documents.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a legal office and be able to provide accurate and efficient administrative services.
Responsibilities include:
* Transcription of digital dictation and word processing
* Diary management and organisation of meetings and conferences
* Preparation of legal documents and use of precedents in Affinity
* Court filing and maintenance of filing and records systems
