Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes has an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Representative to join our Bendigo team. This autonomous, on-the-road role will see you manage key customer relationships and grow sales across your territory.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow an existing customer base
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct site visits, measurements and consultations
- Process orders and maintain accurate CRM records
- Recommend tailored product solutions
- Build strong relationships with builders, trades and retail customers
- Collaborate with installation, factory and admin teams
About You
- Proven experience in sales or a trade-based role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Organised with solid admin capability
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
