Account Responsibilities
1. Document customer contact and activity data within CRM / Marketing software, including names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, and firm-future commitments.
2. Accurately forecast revenue, deliver quarterly results, and implement agreed-upon account and business plans.
3. Collaborate with Marketing to develop a plan for the accounts, including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will report to the Regional Sales Director and be accountable for promoting our products, maximizing brand recognition, and providing customer feedback for product improvements.
