About You
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Accountant to join our Surfers Paradise office on the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity if you're early in your accounting career and eager to grow. You'll be supported by experienced managers, gain exposure to a wide range of client work, and develop both your technical and client-facing skills.

What you'll be doing (but not limited to)
Depending on your level of experience, handling tax returns and activity statements
Processing BAS and liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients
Assisting clients with bookkeeping tasks
Supporting managers with client engagements and workflow management
Gaining exposure to varied client types—business owners, trades, property investors, individual clients
Constant learning: sharpening both your soft skills (communication, client interaction) and technical accounting ability
Income range will depend on your experience level, the complexity of client work, and amount of client-facing responsibility
What we're looking for: Highly desirable qualifications & skills
Diploma/Certificate of Accounting or Bachelor degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, proactive attitude with a strong degree of initiative
Great work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
