Lead Café Operations
As a hospitality leader, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our in-house café, The Beckley. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient inventory management, stock control, and team leadership.
About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing restaurant operations to optimize efficiency
* Developing and executing high-quality execution and customer experience strategies
* Coordinating events including catering, beverages, and setup
* Evaluating staff performance, providing training, and recruitment
* Monitoring stock control quantities and equipment quality
* Tracking expenses and ensuring budget adherence
* Effective communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Skills And Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will require:
* At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced volume cafes or similar establishments
* Stock control management expertise
* A strong commitment to safety and compliance
* Problem-solving skills, including adaptability in dynamic environments
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for confident stakeholder engagement
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proven planning, organizational, and time management skills
