We are looking for a skilled and reliable Installer to join our team, installing a range of internal and external blinds for residential and commercial clients. This role is available as either a permanent employee position or a contract role, depending on your preference and experience. Hours are flexible - part-time and full-time hours considered.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality installations, providing excellent customer service, and representing our company with professionalism on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
* Install internal blinds, external blinds, awnings, and related window furnishings
* Complete accurate site checks and measurements
* Diagnose installation challenges and provide practical solutions
* Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear product guidance
* Follow WHS practices and maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Complete job notes, photos, and documentation as required
* Care for company tools and equipment (employees) or provide your own (contractors)
What We’re Looking For
* Experience installing blinds, awnings, or similar products (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
* Comfortable working at heights and using power tools
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and manage time well
* Current driver’s license (essential)
* White Card (preferred)
