The Role
This is a hands‐on role supporting end‐to‐end UX research from exploratory interviews and usability testing through to synthesis and actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with designers, product owners and developers to translate insight into meaningful product decisions.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and support early‐stage discovery research
* Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and usability testing
* Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to inform product strategy
* Contribute to rapid research cycles in concept and prototype stages
Your Profile
* 2+ years' UX research experience
* Strong qualitative research capability (interviews, workshops, co‐design)
* Experience working closely with product & design teams
* Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape research questions
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Understanding of accessibility principles
* Bonus: Postgraduate qualifications in UX/HCI or experience within education or learning design.
