The Role
Selection Steel has an unique and exciting cadet opportunity for the right candidate, providing a platform to learn fundamental business skills across a number of organisational areas from operations and warehousing to sales and administration, with potential to cross train in manufacturing as well.
We are looking for an applicant who would like to develop and grow within our expanding business, getting in on the ground floor, starting in our warehouse and working your way up. With mentoring and training, the opportunity to progress within our business to senior leadership/management, sales or administrative roles are some of the ultimate goals and success you can achieve with Selection Steel. You do not need experience for this opportunity (indeed this opportunity could suit a Year 12 school leaver), but you do need a strong mindset to succeed and develop a career.
