Your Role
As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Incito, you'll be a crucial part of our client-facing team, delivering exceptional IT support and services to our diverse national client base. Based at our Springfield Lakes head office, you'll work both on-site and at client locations, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
* Provide first-line and escalated IT support to clients across multiple industries
* Perform system maintenance, including patching, updates, and remedial work
* Install and configure IT equipment, including PCs, servers, printers, and network devices
* Manage and maintain client Active Directory environments
* Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service records
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
* Work independently at client sites while maintaining strong team collaboration
* Participate in after-hours support rotation when required
* Travel to client sites as needed (own vehicle required)
