Overview
Home Care Administration Manager at Aveo – you'll be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our home care consumers.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team of Home Care Administration Officers, empowering them to deliver excellence in service and administration.
* Manage the My Aged Care portal, care system processes, and resident pipelines to ensure timely and accurate processing of care services.
* Build relationships and liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Care Partners across our Aveo communities.
* Support the broader Aveo Care team with reporting, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
* Assist with reporting, email management, fleet management and other operational administration as required.

Qualifications
* Previous lead administration experience in the Home Care or Community Care sector.
* Forward‑thinking administrative skills, with experience in managing reports and working in a fast‑growing home care business.
* People leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders.
* Exposure to My Aged Care or client management software (such as Alayacare).
