HR Administration and Support Role
The Royal Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled HR Services Coordinator to join its team. This role will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance and support to employees and line managers on the correct usage of HR systems and processes.
In this position, you will act as a first responder to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and systems. You will also be responsible for the on-boarding of new starters, ensuring all relevant checks have been undertaken and processed.

As part of the HR Services Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure and/or escalation of all queries and advice.
* You will provide timely and accurate scheduled and ad hoc reporting to HR and line management.
* You will administer non-automated HR processes such as parental leave and honorary appointments.
* You will ensure accuracy and integrity of data by working with HR advisors and Payroll Systems Administrator.
This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, previous experience in workplace relations and/or HR generalist roles, and experience in the use of SAP applications (SuccessFactors).
A competitive salary package is on offer for this position, ranging from AO31 - AO35 (base salary $74,448.40 - $82,305 per annum, plus superannuation). We offer a culture of continuous improvement, salary packaging, and discounted staff parking.
