Known for high-quality inputs, technical excellence, and a customer-first culture, they partner with progressive family and corporate farming operations across the region. The organization is expanding and now seeks a commercially savvy Senior Agronomist to drive the growth of its consulting offering and footprint in the broadacre and cotton sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert agronomic advice to broadacre clients
* Win and retain new clients across the Region
* Design and develop the cotton and broadacre consulting arm
* Lead agronomic policy and industry engagement
* Attend field days and contribute to strategy and planning
* Use Agworld to track activity and manage recommendations
* Build toward future team leadership within 12 months
About You
You're a commercially driven agronomist with technical expertise and a passion for client success. You're comfortable building your own book and excited by the opportunity to create something lasting.
* Minimum 5 years' agronomy experience in broadacre and or Cotton
* A strong network
* Proven business development skills — ability to generate revenue
* Technical excellence and passion for independent consulting
* A values-aligned personality: honest, reliable, modest, and driven
* Cotton experience or willingness to help build a cotton offering
* Desire to help shape a business, and potentially a future leadership path
