This is abroad commercial property role at a national firm. Our client seeks a lawyer for a range of up-market property work with a largely corporate client base.
Lawyers in this team act for major property investors, developers, and retailers. You will assist in the preparation and negotiation of purchase documents, sale contracts, documentation and property developments and subdivisions. You will also work on leases and disclosure statements. This law firm will encourage you to provide strategic and commercial advice, and to work closely with clients from the inception of their ideas through to the point of realisation.
The firm fosters a positive and team oriented environment, and realises you will have a life outside of the law. You should currently be working at a recognised, quality practice, and you should have around 4-7 years of post admission experience.
