About the role
Working alongside the Construction Manager, you will mentor and lead a team of Site Supervisors, setting clear expectations across timeframes, quality, and site operations while driving consistency and high performance across all projects. You will provide hands‐on support through regular site visits, develop supervisors to strengthen capability, and make timely decisions to resolve issues impacting cost, quality, and delivery.
About you
* Experience as a Senior Site Supervisor or Relief Assistant Construction Manager working for a residential builder
* Ambitious, forward‐thinking early career Site Supervisors will be considered
* Proven capability to lead and mentor other Site Supervisors
* Solid tenure with current or previous employers
* Strong organisational skills and excellent time management abilities
* A positive, self‐motivated approach to your work and interactions with your team
