Motio is growing, quickly and deliberatel. We're looking for two accomplished agency sales professionals to help shape what comes next.
We're hiring a National Account Director and an National Account Manager to join our agency team: people who love building smart, effective campaigns, value long-term agency partnerships, and want to play a genuine role in growing a future focussed media business.
These are high-impact roles within Motio. They suit experienced media sales professionals who have strong agency relationships, commercial nous, and the appetite to be part of a business entering its next phase of scale.
Beyond delivering revenue and deepening agency partnerships, you'll be involved in sales strategy, planning, and mentoring, helping lift capability across the broader team. What we are looking for
* 3-5 Years + experience in agency sales (essential)
* Out of Home experience would be great but not essential.
* A true love of media and how it works.
* Hungry and team oriented
* Proven demonstrable relationships in the Australian media market.
