Our client, KOR Equipment Solutions is an industry leading importer and manufacturer of world-class large industrial vacuum, hydro excavation, combination sewer and drain cleaning, recycling, dangerous goods and sweeper equipment across Australia and New Zealand, delivering high-performance solutions for civil, utilities, urban, environmental and industrial industries. Beyond equipment supply, KOR offers end-to-end support through leasing options, parts, servicing, training and technical expertise – supporting customers to Keep Operations Running.
The opportunity is now available for a Branch Manager to oversee South Australian and Northern Territory operations, leading the overall commercial and operational performance of the branch by delivering high-quality customer experiences and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Providing strong leadership across service delivery, aftersales, inventory and facilities management, the Branch Manager will report directly to the General Manager WA/SA/NT and ensure the development and motivation of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement, and build trusted and enduring relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
Interest is sought from experienced leaders with proven capability in end-to-end branch and general management within a customer-focussed environment. You will demonstrate strong commercial and sales acumen with the ability to support equipment, parts, service and aftermarket revenue, as well as well-developed people leadership skills including the ability to coach, develop and engage operational teams while driving a high-performance culture. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related discipline, with an engineering or trade background, are regarded highly, as is prior experience in a similar senior leadership role in a related industry. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills combined with a commitment to safety, compliance, integrity and KOR’s values are further critical to your success in this role.
