We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the Estimator/Project Coordinator position.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit commercial and small building project quotes and estimates
* Manage tender preparation and submission
* Conduct on-site measures and supervise works as needed
* Complete material take-offs and order supplies
* Provide technical advice and assist with problem-solving
* Maintain accurate job records, update company portals, and create project timelines
* Oversee project completion, including defects, manuals, and variations
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and WHS requirements
About You
* Trade licence (carpentry or related trade) and Supervisor's Licence
* Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and building codes
* Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry
* Skilled in preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed quotes
* Strong documentation and clear project setup skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with construction or project management software
* Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
