Senior Support Engineer/ Team Leader | MSP Your new company You'll be joining a well-established MSP based in Sydney, delivering end-to-end IT services across support, projects, and change management. Your new role As the Level 2 Engineer /Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of a technical support and project-focused team, ensuring consistent service delivery, strong team performance, and high client satisfaction. This role is open to: Experienced Level 2 Engineers who are ready to take the next step into leadership and are motivated to mentor others Senior Engineers with proven experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams in an MSP environment.
