In this role, you'll:
* Support the delivery of projects, providing coordination across planning, scheduling, reporting, risk tools, project briefs and status updates.
* Manage project services, finance and procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, documentation control, workshop minutes and stakeholder communications.
* Coordinate system‐focused projects and initiatives that improve how information is delivered to Sydney Trains passengers and internal operational users, supporting accurate, timely and customer‐centric project outcomes.

About You
You bring demonstrated experience in project coordination, using structured project management tools, documentation and reporting processes to keep projects on track.
You have strong finance and procurement administration capability, ideally with SAP or similar systems, and are comfortable managing internal reporting and compliance requirements.
You have experience or interest in operational or customer information systems, real‐time data environments or transport‐related projects, enabling you to effectively support the delivery of critical systems based projects.
