The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining custom functionality across the Salesforce platform. The role designs and delivers high‑quality, scalable, and reusable solutions that extend Salesforce's native capabilities, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Day to day:
* Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and OmniScripts
* Implement complex integrations and data flows using APIs and middleware
* Collaborate with architects to define reusable frameworks and scalable solutions
* Write efficient, well‑tested, and maintainable code aligned with best practices
* Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and peer reviews
* Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment improvements, and testing frameworks
* Support defect triage and resolution during testing and release phases
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
* Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio
* Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data synchronisation patterns
* Experience in enterprise‑scale environments (3,000+ users, 300+ support staff)
* Proficient in Git, DevOps pipelines, and automated testing practices
* Collaborative, solution‑focused mindset and a drive to continuously improve platform quality
